Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we would ask you kindly to give us a minimum of 2 working days notice. This offers someone else the opportunity to be helped. Unfortunately, without advance notice we will have to charge a cancellation appointment fee. £25 for a hygiene or examination appointment and £45 for more complex dental appointments. So that we can better serve our many patients who respect our time and services, we reserve the right to refuse to see patients who repeatedly fail to attend or cancel at short notice.
